• Advertising platforms. When you interact with our ads on Meta or TikTok, those platforms may receive limited information, such as ad interaction data, under their own privacy policies. We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in status with these platforms for their own marketing purposes.

• Business transfers. If Prosper is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Your phone number and SMS consent are never shared or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

If you provide your phone number and opt in, Prosper may send you text messages related to workshops, programs, offers, and updates.

• We honor opt-out requests promptly and will not send further marketing texts once you opt out, other than a single confirmation message.
